If you are not satisfied and want the refund of your purchase, don't worry. You have 15 calendar days since you made your purchase to return your products.

Write an email to hello@oceanmanbrand.com indicating your order number and the reason you wish to return and we will contact you.

Remember!

All the products you return must be in perfect condition with their original packaging.

CYPRUS-MALTA and REST OF THE WORLD: returns paid by the customer. To make a change you must make a return and a new order.

If you are not satisfied and want the refund of your purchase do not worry. You have 15 calendar days since you made your purchase to return the products. The product or products must keep their original packaging and the seal in the case that you carry it, you always get the right of return if the product is in good condition, otherwise, the company is not obliged to return any amount. The company will reimburse the corresponding amount (including the shipping costs of the initial delivery, although excluding the management fees in Customs of said shipment) without undue delay and, in any case, before 5 calendar days have elapsed since the Product has arrived at our facilities.
